ABOUT THE FARM

Our cacao grows within a forest of hardwood trees that we planted. The soil thrives with the symbiotic benefits of a healthy and diversely planted landscape. This mode of farming, while rare, is the best thing we could do for not just our cacao, but for the aina (land.)

Come see how we grow cacao and transform it into fine finished chocolate using our vintage chocolate making machines. This immersive and delicious 90-minute tour & tasting begins at 11am several days per week.
