LEARN HOW CHOCOLATE IS GROWN & MADE IN HAWAII

In 2022 we completed nearly a year of refurbishments on an abandoned 1930s Art Deco movie theater in the Kakaako district of Honolulu and finally had a place to call home for our dream chocolate factory. Ever since we started a vertically integrated chocolate company focused solely on using cacao that is 100% grown in Hawaii we have been on a parallel mission to educate and share how this delicious food is grown and made.

By opening our doors and hosting small groups on a highly immersive behind-the-scenes tour and tasting, we can show first hand how we use regenerative farming practices on the farm, support other local cacao farmers throughout the islands, and handcraft our chocolate using traditional (vintage) equipment collected over the years from around the world.

Tours

Tours are led by a member of our production team and last approximately 1.5 hours.

Groups will have ample time to ask questions and can spend more time on farming practices, or on production, or of course add more chocolate sampling at the end.

Tasting

You will taste cacao at every step of the process including raw direct from the farm when in season.

As we walk through the entire production facility, we will share additional tastes and explain what very few have ever been able to see first hand.

Clean Environment

As a GMP audited food production facility, all guests will be provided with hair nets, booties and lab coats while in the production area.

No pets are allowed and the tour is most enjoyed by people 8 years old and above.
