Kaiaka 67%: Named after Kaiaka Bay on the North Shore of Oahu, the Hawaii-grown cacao in this 67% dark bar enjoys some of the most fertile soils in Hawaii and thrives in the warm, humid conditions that the nearby ocean provides. Our goal was to capture the beautiful natural citrus notes and dark stone fruit elements of these beans in an endlessly creamy chocolate that screams Hawaii.

Origin: Hawaiian Islands, Oahu, Waialua, Kamananui
Made on equipment that also processes milk and tree nuts. Produced in a facility that handles coconut, eggs, macadamia, peanuts, sesame, soy & wheat.
