Shipping policy
FREE Domestic Shipping on all orders over $250. Getting your order delivered quickly and safely is very important to us. We use FedEx 2-day, but making chocolate in the tropics does have tangible logistic and financial implications. The insulation and ice packs required to ensure product integrity has to be shipped here, before we can ship it back to you.
Orders under $250 have a subsidized flat shipping & handling rate depending on how large your order is. We try our best to keep all costs manageable and appreciate your understanding.
TEMPERATURE We also monitor the locations we ship out to you. If the temperatures are above the high 70s, we will reach out to confirm if the someone will be on hand to accept the delivery to avoid a package sitting out for too long and melting the chocolate within. In those instances, you may experience a delay in shipping but we will contact you to confirm.Â

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
Mainland Shipments
- Orders to the Mainland are Shipped via FedEx 2-Day shipping.
- Mainland orders are generally shipped between Monday-Wednesday. However, depending on order volume, some orders may not ship to the following week.
- Mainland Shipping costs: $16-$26 depending on order size
- All orders include ice packs and insulation.
Hawaii Shipments
- Orders to the Hawaiian Islands are Shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight.
- Hawaii orders are generally shipped between Monday-Thursday. However, depending on order volume, some orders may not ship to the following week.
- Hawaii Shipping costs: $10-$12 depending on order size
- All orders include ice packs and insulation.
