Description:
Since we grow our own cacao, and thus have the added luxury of being in total control of the beans: from harvest, through fermentation and all the way through chocolate making, this two ingredient estate dark is 100% grown and made in Hawaii.
This 73% bar shows slightly more intense dark chocolate flavors than its Big Island counterpart. Notes of honey, blackberry and currant precede a delicious and creamy finish.
Ingredients: Estate cacao, organic cane sugar
Origin: Lonohana Estate, Haleiwa, Oahu
Made on equipment that also processes milk and tree nuts. Produced in a facility that handles coconut, eggs, macadamia, peanuts, sesame, soy & wheat.
