Flavors of the Season Collection Set

A trio of bars that together celebrate the flavors of the holiday season. While each of these can be enjoyed on there own, we love to open all three together at the end of a meal, sharing and enjoying with our friends and family. 

All three bars are produced only once per year and come wrapped in our custom eco-friendly jute bags perfect for giving and saying Aloha during the holiday season.

Bar Descriptions: 

Dark Mint (70% Dark)

In this 70% dark bar we celebrate one of the most quintessential flavor combinations, chocolate and mint. The natural high-tone notes of citrus in our Hawaii-grown cacao are complemented with the addition of just a touch of spearmint essential oil. Released once per year, every November, our Dark Mint is made to celebrate the holidays and to be shared with friends and family.

Orange & Vanilla (70% Dark)

This addictive 70% dark chocolate is a luscious combination of our floral island cacao and sweet orange essential oil. The end result reminds us of good times eating a creamsicle with friends, however there is no dairy! The creaminess is a result of a gentle roast and careful, extended stone grinding.

Cardamom Milk (55%)

We are big fans of cardamom and with a goal of marrying this intensely aromatic spice with chocolate, we found that our 55% dark milk chocolate provided the optimal base when combined with just the right amount of cardamom essential oil. The results are quite simply addictive.
