In Hawaiian, Kanahiku means "seventy" and it is the name of our signature dark chocolate from our regeneratively-farmed Opaelua Ridge Estate. Only two ingredients let you experience the true terroir of our farm.
Slow roasted Hawaii-grown cacao nibs are sprinkled on the back of our most popular dark chocolate, taking things up a notch. A seamless combination of bittersweet, citrus and crunch. On a scale of 1 to 10, this one is an eleven!
This bar celebrates coffee grown in the rich volcanic soils of the Kau district by our friends at Rusty’s Hawaiian. We blend their award-winning coffee with our cacao into a 55% dark milk chocolate to craft this delicious, rich, creamy and eye-opening bar.
Mini Hawaiian Milk Chocolate with Sea Salt 55%
Hawaii has some of the world's purest sea salts, a result of the unpolluted waters surrounding the islands. We've sprinkled alaea sea salt from Molokai over the back of our signature 55% dark milk chocolate.
Our award-winning vegan dark milk chocolate uses dried organic coconut instead of dairy milk powder to capture all the creamy sweetness we love in a milk chocolate, just without the dairy.

The Dark Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts are our best-selling Macadamia Nuts for good reason - they're simply addicting. Dark Chocolate plus organic Macadamia Nuts from the Big Island courtesy of Mahina Mele make for a delicious treat.
