As cacao farmers, we have the luxury of being in total control of the beans: from harvest, through fermentation and all the way through chocolate making. This two-ingredient dark from our Opaeula Ridge orchard is a rare gift.
The chocolate shows slightly more intense flavors than our signature dark bar, Kanahiku with notes of honey, blackberry and currant preceding a creamy finish.
Ingredients: Lonohana Estate-grown cacao, organic cane sugar
Origin: Hawaiian Islands, Oahu, Waialua, Paalaa
Made on equipment that also processes milk and tree nuts. Produced in a facility that handles coconut, eggs, macadamia, peanuts, sesame, soy & wheat.
