We love to explore the concept of terroir and how different soils and climate influence Hawaii-grown cacao and the resulting chocolate. Made from meticulously farmed and fermented beans grown just outside of Hilo, three degrees closer to the equator than the North Shore, this bar has hints of brownie and raspberry, with more dark fruit notes than our Opaeula Ridge Estate 75% dark chocolate.
Ingredients: Big Island cacao, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter
Made on equipment that also processes milk and tree nuts. Produced in a facility that handles coconut, eggs, macadamia, peanuts, sesame, soy & wheat.
