Bar Descriptions:
In this 70% dark bar we celebrate one of the most quintessential flavor combinations of chocolate and mint. The natural high-tone notes of citrus in our Hawaii-grown cacao are complemented with the addition of just a touch of spearmint essential oil.
We are big fans of cardamom and with a goal of marrying this intensely aromatic spice with chocolate we found that our 55% dark milk chocolate provided the optimal base when combined with just the right amount of cardamom essential oil. The results are quite simply addictive.
Jasmine Tea Milk Chocolate 55%
A flavor combination we absolutely love is the marriage of jasmine and milk chocolate. Jasmine tea is infused into organic cocoa butter to create a balanced and delicious floral element in this decadent bar that will bring a smile to your lips.
Organic puffed quinoa adds crunch to this delicious green tea flavored milk chocolate. Simply an addictive tea-inspired version of the classic crunch bar.
The Caramel Sea Salt bar is addictive and delicious, carefully crafted to over-deliver on the promise of “you will not be able to eat just one bar!” Hawaii sea salt accentuates the luscious caramel flavors infused into milk chocolate.
