Our darkest and rarest chocolate bars all together and available while supplies last. This is a true exploration into the diverse terroirs of Hawaiian chocolate representing cacao grown on three farms, from two islands and in three perfect percentages.

Each batch is sourced from meticulously fermented Hawaii-grown cacao, carefully roasted to maintain their natural acidity and crafted to bring out the best flavors of each orchard. All bars are vegan without any additions - just cacao and organic pure cane sugar.

Bar Descriptions: 

Lucky 7 -77%

Grown at our Opaelua Ridge Estate on the North Shore of Oahu and only produced a couple times a year, this is the darkest (77% cacao) and most rare chocolate bar we produce. With only two ingredients, extra time is devoted to ensure that every batch showcases the alluring natural flavor profiles of our farm that slowly emerge in a rich and creamy chocolate.

Opaeula Ridge 75%

As cacao farmers, we have the luxury of being in total control of the beans: from harvest, through fermentation and all the way through chocolate making. This two-ingredient dark from our Opaeula Ridge orchard is a rare gift. The chocolate shows slightly more intense flavors than our signature dark bar, Kanahiku with notes of honey, blackberry and currant preceding a creamy finish.

Mapele Fields 75%

The Mapele Fields cacao orchard is meticulously farmed and the beans are masterfully fermented on the windward side of Oahu. The concept of terroir (that flavor differs based on growing location, soil and climate) shows magically in this bar when tasted next to our Opaeula Ridge 75%. This two ingredient 75% dark bar is a perfect balance of power and elegance.

Kanahiku 70%

In Hawaiian, Kanahiku means "seventy" and it is the name of our signature dark chocolate from our regeneratively-farmed Opaelua Ridge Estate. The only two ingredients are 70% estate-grown cacao and 30% organic cane sugar. Our careful roast ensures that this chocolate holds its balance of flavors, with deep cocoa undertones, bright berry fruit, and an almost everlasting finish.

Big Island Dark 70% 

The cacao for this bar is grown & fermented just outside of Hilo, which is a full three degrees closer to the equator than our farm on the North Shore. It’s rare to be able to compare how the different soils and climate where the cacao is grown influence the resulting chocolate, but that is exactly what is possible when you taste this bar next to our 70% dark from Oahu.
