We currently source our cacao from our Lonohana Estate orchard on the North Shore of O‘ahu. It is estimated that in the entire state of Hawaii there are fewer than 150 acres planted to cacao, with most plots being not more than ¼ - ½ acre. In future years, we hope to expand the number of sites within our estate orchards to further explore how terroir plays a role in Hawaiian chocolate.
